to training, you should know the exercise you will be engaging in. Either you
will be walking, running or doing some indoor exercises, chose walking sneakers
for walking and running shoes when jogging or running. When engaging in indoor activities, wear threaded shoes that will hold your grip to the ground to prevent accidents. If

on the sport you are playing, you should wear protective gear recommended by
your sports federation. If playing football, wear your shin guards always. If
