Comfortable Tops and Bottoms 

When working out during the winter, you should go for dark colored clothing that will help retain heat and keep your mind off the cold. For the women, you should go for comfortable bras that will allow you to move around freely without any restrictions. Besides that, you should never wear a thong to any workout session. For men, tight boxers are recommended during workout to hold you up well when exercising. Loose boxers will be uncomfortable when you are doing heavy exercises that make you sweat.

Seamed socks can prove to be very irritating when it comes to working out. Go for seamless socks during workout. If you are concerned about your comfort during workout, try seamless socks with padding at the toes and the heel area. The material of these pairs of socks should be either pure cotton or a blend of cotton and nylon.

When engaging in indoor activities, wear threaded shoes that will hold your grip to the ground to prevent accidents. Watch your safety 
Depending on the sport you are playing, you should wear protective gear recommended by your sports federation. If playing football, wear your shin guards always. If playing rugby, you should wear your shoulder pads. Go for helmets and knee guards if your sports recommend you to acquire one. 

Another precaution, if you will be engaging in running, walking or jogging around the streets, you are recommended to wear reflectors at all times, regardless of the time of the day to prevent unprecedented accidents.
