www.lunagetsfit.us
I make most of my smoothies without milk because I am terribly lactose intolerant. If I drink milk there will be a rumble in my jungle and life as we know it will be  compromised. Sorry, too much information. Reasons love my protein smoothie because its a awesome before workout meal and meal replacement. I have a few recipes to share with you using whey and rice protein powders. Enjoy!
