Exercising three times a week and sleeping helped me become a weight-loss guru. Well I felt like a guru after so many failures and finally the enlightenment! I was 302lbs after my pregnancy in 2013, now I am 268lbs today. I am losing an average of a 1lbs to a 1 1/2 a week. Please check out my weight-loss progress on my blog. If I never reach my goal weight, It will feel good to know others have succeeded using the tools I used and shared. I'm just like the woman in the horror movie who falls, I will tell you too "Save yourself" while holding off the fat monsters trying to attack you. Thank god I will never fail because I found my weapon to kill any fat-lipid ladden monster in my path. Argggg! I am a beast with a pen and paper!
